Carl Allen is a private equity investor, co-founder PROX Capital Group, and co-founder of Dealmaker Wealth Society.  He is an entrepreneur, investor and corporate dealmaker with almost three decades of experience.  Over the course of his career he has enabled over 300 deals and done $47 billion in transactions.

Adam Markley is co-founder and publisher of Dealmaker Wealth Society. He is also CEO and co-founder of PROX Capital Group. In his career he has bought, owned and ran companies across a wide range of industries, touching nearly 500 businesses. He has advised and mentored deals worth millions of dollars, improved companies bottom line and built many capable, talented teams.
