Equifund charges fees depending on the type of raise an issuer is undertaking. For Reg-CF raises, Equifund charges the following fees in connection with offerings posted on the funding portal: 7%-8% of the gross proceeds (total amount raised) of each offering payable in cash and 0%-7% equity of the offering sold under section 4(a)(6).
